Why PROWEIGHED · Our equipment

Our equipment

Professional weighing equipment designed to measure more than one total number.

PROWEIGHED uses a professional Dini Argeo wireless weighing system that allows vehicles and trailers to be measured at individual wheel positions.

This provides detailed wheel, axle, side-to-side and total weight information across a wide range of vehicle and trailer configurations.

Dini Argeo wireless weighing system

Dini Argeo wireless weighing pads are designed for professional vehicle weighing applications.

Rather than measuring only one overall weight figure, the system allows individual wheel positions to be recorded and combined into the results relevant to the vehicle or trailer being assessed.

Why does PROWEIGHED use 8 weighing pads?

Different vehicles and trailers require different weighing configurations.

An 8-pad system gives PROWEIGHED the flexibility to position weighing pads across multiple wheel locations while maintaining a consistent weighing setup.

More pads give us greater flexibility to measure the complete setup at individual wheel positions.

Why measure every wheel?

An overall vehicle weight tells you how heavy the complete vehicle is. It does not necessarily tell you how that weight is being carried.

Two vehicles can have the same overall mass while carrying the weight very differently. Individual wheel measurement lets us look deeper into the setup: front versus rear loading, left versus right loading, individual wheel loads and axle loading.

Step two · axles

The totals are read from the same measurements, not estimated from them.

A consistent weighing setup matters

Vehicle and trailer weight distribution can change when wheel heights are altered during measurement.

PROWEIGHED uses an 8-pad system so the weighing setup can be configured to keep the vehicle or trailer supported consistently across its wheel positions.

This helps reduce the need to rely on different-height blocks or makeshift arrangements when additional wheel positions are involved.

Wireless measurement

The Dini Argeo system communicates wirelessly, so measurements from the individual pads are collected and reviewed during the assessment.

That keeps the mobile setup clean and lets the applicable wheel and axle measurements be recorded efficiently.

Calibration and transparency

Don't just take our word for it

You can see our calibration certificates.

PROWEIGHED believes customers should be able to see the documentation behind the equipment being used to assess their vehicle, caravan or trailer.

Our eight weighing pads are calibrated, and the relevant calibration certificates are available here for customers to view. Rather than simply putting the word calibrated on a website, we would rather show the supporting documentation.

If we make a claim about our service, we should be prepared to support it.

Legal for Trade documentation

PROWEIGHED also makes the relevant Legal for Trade documentation for its weighing system available to view.

That way customers can see the supporting documentation rather than relying only on a statement made on a website.

Built for the vehicles we assess

The PROWEIGHED system can be configured across a wide range of vehicle and trailer types.

Why we chose this equipment

PROWEIGHED was built around providing more detailed vehicle and trailer assessments. That required equipment capable of measuring individual wheel positions across a range of vehicle and trailer configurations.

The Dini Argeo 8-pad system gives PROWEIGHED the flexibility to collect the wheel, axle and total measurements the assessment process needs, while remaining suitable for mobile operation.

The equipment was selected to support the service we wanted to provide, rather than building the service around the limitations of basic weighing equipment.
